1. Service Description
Rewards Zone is a value-added feature within the Enterfactory ecosystem. It allows active subscribers to accumulate XP points through gameplay and platform interactions. These XP points can be redeemed for various rewards, creating a dynamic loyalty and engagement experience. Rewards Zone is accessible only to registered Enterfactory users.
2. XP Point Accumulation
XP Points are granted to users based on the following activities:
- Initial Subscription Bonus: 5,000 XP upon first successful subscription.
- Daily Renewal Bonus: 10,000 XP per successful daily renewal charge.
- Monthly Charge Milestones:
• 7 charges: 6,000 XP
• 15 charges: 7,200 XP
• 25 charges: 9,000 XP
- Loyalty Bonus: 20,000 XP awarded after four consecutive months of activity.
- Birthday Bonus: 6,000 XP on a registered user's birthday (date must be pre-registered).
- Gameplay and Interaction: Variable XP based on frequency and intensity of use.
- Special Promotions and Events: Additional XP may be awarded as part of promotional activities or seasonal events.
3. Accumulation and Redemption Rules
- Users may accumulate up to 360,000 XP per calendar month.
- All XP points are reset at the end of each month; unused points will not carry over.
- Only the Top 10 XP earners each month are eligible to redeem points for rewards.
- In the event of a tie, winners will be determined based on the amount of bonus XP earned through interactions.
- XP points have no cash value and are valid for use only within the Rewards Zone.
4. Rewards and Availability
Rewards may consist of digital items, physical merchandise, exclusive promotions, or limited-time offers. Availability is subject to change without prior notice and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Enterfactory reserves the right to limit quantities or substitute rewards based on availability.
5. Restrictions and Penalties
Any attempt to abuse the system, including the use of fake or multiple accounts, automated tools, or fraudulent activity, will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the program. XP points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Enterfactory reserves the right to audit user activity to ensure compliance.
6. Validity and Program Changes
Enterfactory may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Zone program at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via the Enterfactory platform or through the email associated with their account. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Rewards Zone program, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of these terms will result in ineligibility for XP accumulation and redemption.
