How do I earn XP Points?

You can earn XP in multiple ways throughout your time on the platform:

  • Initial subscription: 5,000 XP
  • Daily subscription renewal: 10,000 XP per charge
  • Active gameplay & in-game achievements: Variable XP
  • Time spent interacting on platform: Variable XP
  • Birthday bonus (if date registered): 6,000 XP
  • 7 successful charges in a month: 6,000 XP
  • 15 successful charges in a month: 7,200 XP
  • 25 successful charges in a month: 9,000 XP
  • Loyalty bonus (4+ months subscribed): 20,000 XP
  • Special events and limited promotions: Extra XP (varies)

What can I do with XP Points?

Your XP points can be redeemed in the Digital Marketplace for a variety of exciting rewards including:

  • Gift cards

Each item in the marketplace clearly displays the amount of XP required to claim it. The catalog is refreshed regularly, so check back often!

How does monthly ranking and rewards work?

Every month, the top 10 XP earners across the platform will qualify to redeem premium rewards.

  • Monthly XP cap: 360,000 XP per user
  • Top users: Tracked on the public leaderboard in XRewards Zone

If there's a tie, the winner will be determined based on bonus XP earned through interaction time or special promotions.

At the end of each month, XP totals reset — so each month is a fresh start for everyone.

Do XP Points carry over from one month to the next?

No. XP points do not carry over between months. All earned XP must be used within the same calendar month, or it will expire and reset.

Can I lose XP Points?

Yes, XP may be forfeited under the following conditions:

  • Unused XP expires at the end of the month
  • XP may be revoked if a user is found engaging in fraudulent activity, exploiting bugs, or violating platform terms
Where can I check my XP and rank?

You can easily monitor your XP and leaderboard status:

  • Log in to your Enterfactory account
  • Navigate to the XRewards Zone section
  • View your total XP, current ranking, and available reward offers
How do I redeem rewards?

If you're one of the top 10 users for the month — or if you have sufficient XP — follow these steps:

  1. Visit: http://rewardzone.enterfactory.com
  2. Browse the reward catalog
  3. Click the "Yes, I want it" button on your selected prize
  4. A confirmation will be sent to your registered email within 24 to 48 hours. (Email confirmation required for coupon delivery)
  5. In the email received, open the coupon and follow the instructions to redeem it.
  6. The item will be delivered according to the method specified (digital/physical/in-platform)

Note: You can redeem rewards at any time during the month as long as you have the required XP.

How often is the reward catalog updated?

The Rewards Marketplace is updated monthly, with new products, seasonal promotions, and surprise drops. Be sure to check back regularly to discover fresh prizes.
